RAL Development signs Sigma Computing at Zero Irving
Real estate development company RAL Development Services (RAL) has announced that it has signed with a leading enterprise data analytics software company Sigma Informatique Inc. (Sigma) to Zero Irving. The company signed a 5-year lease for 15,500 square foot Class A office space on the ninth floor of the building. Midtown South’s newest high-profile office building was developed by RAL in partnership with Junius Real Estate Partners and offers innovative post-pandemic design features and benefits from a unique location rich in amenities and public transportation in the Union Square neighborhood of New York.

Sigma is a fast-growing cloud analytics and business intelligence company headquartered in San Francisco, California. The Company’s no-code, real-time data analytics SaaS platform for data warehouses is used by companies ranging from data-driven technology beginners to large national and global enterprises in nearly every industry. Sigma has doubled its employees to more than 180 in the last year and is expanding its offices with the new Zero Irving site to grow its New York team with the recruitment of local technology talent and to provide a local presence for clients based in the financial capital of the world.
Union Square’s Zero Irving features 176,000 square feet of modern, trophy-quality office space on the top 14 floors of the 21-story building. Views of Midtown and Downtown Manhattan are spectacular, and Zero Irving’s alternating floors offer dedicated corner double-height spaces with 23-foot ceilings, providing users with a distinctive, high-impact space. RAL recently announced that Melio, a leading B2B payment platform for small businesses, has also leased space from Zero Irving. The leading fintech company has leased 25,000 square feet across the 15 and 16 floors under a long-term deal. According to JLL’s leasing team, there is significant rental demand in the building and Ownership will be announcing several new tenants in the coming weeks and months.
Zero Irving is the result of RAL’s successful response to a call for tenders issued by NYCEDC. The development team includes financial partner Junius Real Estate Partners, architectural firm Davis Brody Bond and commercial construction company Suffolk Construction.
