Owner
Bryant Commercial Real Estate
Bryant has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. She turned to commercial real estate when she moved to Arizona and decided to focus on assisting business owners by representing them exclusively during the site selection cycle, negotiations, phase of construction and being an exclusive advocate for its clients.
Lesson learned in 2020: “The monumental challenges and uncertainties that business owners faced during the pandemic were overwhelming and stressful. The shutdown challenged so many businesses, including ours. The biggest takeaway for me was to remind myself how little control I really have. Our conversations have always been about strategic planning, but the pandemic reminded me of the compassion and empathy that was most needed in these unexplored times. “
Source of pride: “The achievement that brings us the most pride is that we are a CRE company owned by African American women. My daughter, Jonvieve, is part of our family heritage and the future of our business. We have represented national franchise brands, global companies and non-profit organizations. “
Surprising fact: “My first real estate transaction was the sale of a mixed-use building in Berkeley for the National Association of Colored Women. I was a residential real estate agent at the time and never imagined that my first transaction would be the sale of commercial real estate. I was intended for commercial real estate!
