Dubai real estate deals top Dh16b as UAE company considers selling day

The last few months leading up to the launch of the Expo 2020 Dubai global event have witnessed exceptional growth in general property sales transactions in terms of volume and value. However, September 2021 saw greater achievements, with the recording of the highest value of real estate sales in a month since December 2013 via 5,762 sales transactions worth more than Dh 16.2 billion, bringing the total value to date to more than 100 billion Dhs.
This is revealed by the 19th edition of Mo’asher, the official Dubai Selling Price Index, launched by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) in cooperation with Property Finder.
The base year for Mo’asher is 2012 and the base month for the monthly index is January 2012. In September 2021, the overall monthly index registered 1.115 and a price index of 1,065,816 Dhs, the Monthly apartment index recorded 1.14 and a price index of 954 Dhs. , 524 and the monthly Villas / Townhouses index recorded 1.098 and a price index of 1,940,843 Dhs.
In the third quarter of 2021, the overall quarterly index recorded 1.128 and a price index of 1 053 263 Dhs, the quarterly index of apartments recorded 1.134 and a price index of 946 644 Dhs and the quarterly index of villas / Townhouses registered 1,124 and an index price of 1,954,802 Dhs.
Meanwhile, one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers is hosting a special selling day at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche on Saturday, October 23.
The sale offer includes all of the company’s projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with a 10% discount, with only 10% down payment and 1% monthly installments.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO of Reportage Properties, said the company continues to offer various offerings, which suit large customer segments, while also hosting numerous sales events, which is directly reflected in the continued growth in sales.

Reportage Properties achieved sales of over 1 billion Dhs from the start of the year to the end of August, compared to 488 million Dhs in the first eight months of 2020, with a growth rate of around 105%.
Reportage Properties is developing 12 projects in the United Arab Emirates, providing around 6,000 housing units in the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to a project which has been completed and delivered to Masdar City in Abu Dhabi .
Suleiman stressed that Reportage Properties wanted to continue working on all of their projects as scheduled, with delivery on schedule.
He noted that the UAE real estate market is showing remarkable activity these days, in line with the hosting of “Expo Dubai 2020”, as well as the successive disclosure of many important initiatives and various sets of projects at the within the “50 projects”, which help accelerate the pace of recovery after the repercussions of the “Covid-19” pandemic.
The list of “Reportage Properties” projects in Abu Dhabi includes “Al Raha Lofts 1”, which provides 164 housing units, and “Al Raha Lofts 2”, which adds 110 housing units, in the Al Raha Beach area.
