The property is conveniently located just 12-15 from downtown Waco, the area’s shopping and dining area. You can rent this house for $ 275 per night.

The “Bachelor Pad Home”
This house was renovated by Les Gaines le Upper Fixator season 3 and it has a total of three guest bedrooms, a master bedroom and three full bathrooms. Inside the “Bachelor Pad” house, you will find an open concept living room, a kitchen with two islands, a dining room and a large TV room. At $ 350 a night, you can have this place to yourself.

The next day’s house
Although not remodeled by the Gaines on Upper Fixator, this house was visited by them as a possible selection on the first episode of the last season of the series. The excessive white exteriors of this home give a fresh and inviting appeal.
Built 130 years ago, the house was renovated in 2017 and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some of the highlights of this home inside are a large kitchen with white and gold details, a living room with a vintage chandelier, and an outdoor patio perfect for enjoying the summer breeze. The starting room for renting this property is $ 315 per night.

The Gorman house
When this house was remodeled by Chip and Joanna, it was nicknamed the “House of Catastrophe” due to the utter distress it was in before the two did their magic on this property. Dark hardwood floors bring out the beauty of this two story home, which includes a spacious kitchen, 6 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms, and a patio with comfortable leather seating. The price to rent this Upper Fixator the house is pretty steep at $ 533 a night.

The house of the “Three Little Pigs”
The design of the “Three Little Pigs” house showcases Jo’s branded modern and high country style. Dark wood is present in many sections of the interior of the home, such as the kitchen hood, living room side walls, and small furniture. The house is perfect for small to medium sized family gatherings as it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Available to you and your family at $ 260 per night.

The “chicken house”
This 1949 ranch-style home was remodeled by Chip and Joanna Gaines during Season 3 of Upper Fixator. Located in the heart of Waco, Texas, this property is just 10 minutes from Magnolia Market as well as Lake Waco, Baylor University (where Chip and Joanna went) and other popular attractions.
Guests will have access to the whole house. Plus (and that’s the fun part!) There are three friendly chickens that live in the yard. However, the host notes that they will be locked in their shot and out of the way when renting the house. Rates start at around $ 200 per night.

The “school house”
The “School House” or the “German Schmear House” as it is called in the list, is yet another gem of season 3! Chip and Joanna gave this property a wonderful European-inspired renovation for owners Jeff and Sara in 2016, as Joanna recapped on the Magnolia blog here. Now fans can experience this cozy chalet for themselves.
This house has a large open living room, a spacious backyard, four bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. It can accommodate up to eight people. Prices per night vary but are over $ 300.

The “House of the hunting rifle”
Who remembers the “Shotgun House?” As Joanna recalled in a blog post on Magnolia, this renovation hasn’t been easy. In fact, she and Chip had to move the house (which was once abandoned) to another location while working there, as the land was sold to a developer.
Fortunately, the house has since remained on site which is very convenient for guests as it is only a block from Magnolia Market! Inside, Chip and Joanna brightened up the interiors and opened up the space to make the 720 square foot property feel much larger. The one bedroom house can accommodate up to two people and costs around $ 200 per night.

The “Brick House”
Originally built in 1927, the âBrick Houseâ still has its original hardwood floors and planks! Chip and Joanna took care to preserve the historic charm of the house while renovating the property during Season 3, as the listing describes.
Currently the whole house is available for rent and can accommodate up to eight people. Although, as the ad indicates, the second floor of the house has not been remodeled by Chip and Joanna. The house currently costs around $ 200 a night.

The Little House On The Prairie”
In Season 2, Chip and Joanna transformed this home into the perfect farmhouse-style retreat, making sure to preserve the home’s original wood floors, ceilings, and walls.
As stated in the list, this cheerful house looks “almost identical” to the last time Chip and Joanna left it. The rate per night is over $ 300. The “Little House in the Prairie” can accommodate up to eight guests.

The “Barndominium”
In Season 3, Chip and Joanna Gaines transformed this stable into a modern home for the Meek family, a space that became known as the barndominium. The five-bedroom barn, located in Lacy Lakeview, TX, features gorgeous neutral white walls, paired with natural textures, rustic accents, and comfortable, stylish furnishings to exude a clean yet warm aesthetic.
An overnight stay costs between $ 800 and $ 1,100 depending on when you book. However, the rental can accommodate up to 16 people.

Chip and Joanna added some modern touches to this cottage style home in Season 4 of Upper Fixator. While the property did not have an exact client per se, it was taken off the market within three days of listing. As Joanna recapped in this post on Magnolia’s blog, “honestly, it was hard to let go of this house.” It currently costs around $ 250 a night and can accommodate up to eight people.

This gem appeared in the season five finale of Upper Fixator. According to the list, the house remains as Chip and Joanna left it: “We haven’t changed a thing.” Up to six people can stay at the “Americana,” where rates start at around $ 400 per night.
